Reporting to Plant Head. The CI Leader – Nutrition role will focus on developing and delivering productivity pipeline by working with Productivity team. The role will also lead improvement/productivity initiatives governance at the site level and ensure that executions are according to annual objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Focus on developing and delivering productivity pipeline by working with Productivity team and the PLT team.
• Lead improvement/productivity initiatives governance and ensure that executions are according to annual objectives.
• Identify opportunity in E2E process within supply network and create as productivity project/program.
• Drive culture of High Performance for Better, Faster, Cheaper, and Sustainable by Leveraging Global Manufacturing Practices and Tools from Reckitt Production System (Performance management, RCPS: Root Cause Problem Solving, Workload optimization etc). Training and coaching on RPS standards.
• Connect and explore external future development & process optimization related to Automation and Sustainability.
• Support training related to RPS, 5S, Kaizen, Lean, TPM – FI (RCA including WhyWhy/Fishbone/etc. with scientific data-driven and systematics thinking), AM, SD.
• Drive best-in-class routing, performance framework of new products/ production lines in Tuas to optimize conversion cost from day-1.
• Support new products/ production lines qualification.
• SME for waste in Nutrition and maintenance/ troubleshooting of PBI reporting vs site specific waste data.
• Lead and facilitate Monthly/Quarterly RPS progress review.
• Conduct half yearly calibration for RPS maturity assessment globally. Drive and ensure sustainable Leader Standard Work in Tuas
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering & Science)
• Experience working with nutrition / pharmaceutical / consumer goods industry in manufacturing set-up.
• Experience in powder and liquid processing and packaging.
• Experience in leading and delivering productivity initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
