Core responsibilities
Encompass overseeing the end-to-end process of tender creation, compliance assurance, vendor management, operations management for turnkey projects, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the department.
- Tender creation and management for gallery and exhibition projects.
- Ensure compliance for procurement activities related to client’s projects.
- Vendor management to ensure deliverables for client’s projects.
- Operations management for turnkey projects including security and gallery sitting services.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
Pre-requisites:
- At least 5 years of contracts/tender creation and management experience to procure services for gallery and exhibition projects.
- Possesses some knowledge on shipping, artefacts handling and insurance for overseas projects (eg. travelling exhibitions).
- Strong vendor management skills to ensure deliverables for client’s projects.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure project specifications are met during procurement process and ensure compliance to procurement policies.
- Ability to multi-task and provide administrative support to the department.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
