- Deliver physiotherapy treatments and educate members.
- Assess and oversee members referred for physiotherapy.
- Conduct educational sessions for teachers/trainers/instructors to enhance team cohesion and for members to boost health literacy.
- To formulate release and continuity of care plans based on members’ performance in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide supervision, leadership and team development of therapist.
- Adhere to company and service protocols.
- Offer educational presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- To participate in research and quality improvement projects.
- Assist in the implementation and promotion of new clinical services
- To participate in projects within own department or inter-departmental committees
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Health Science (Physiotherapy)
- Obtained full registration and licensed by Allied Health Professional Council to practice in Singapore (AHPC)
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Physiotherapist
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and effective decision-making in patient care.
- Preferably experience in the private sector
