About the Role:
- The Chief Technology Officer will play a critical role in shaping the technology direction of company.
- The ideal candidate will be expected to ensure the successful implementation of our blockchain technology and contribute to our innovative projects.
- Lead the technology strategy and development of blockchain-based solutions.
- Oversee the tokenization of real-world assets and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Manage and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to define technology requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in Web3, blockchain, and Ethereum, integrating relevant developments into the company’s technology stack.
- Provide technical guidance and education to non-technical team members.
About the Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
- Ideal candidates should have experience working within Chinese startup(s)
- Extensive experience in Web3 and blockchain technologies, particularly with Ethereum (ETH).
- Strong familiarity with the technical aspects and coding related to Ethereum.
- Proven track record in leading technology teams and projects, preferably in the blockchain or fintech sectors.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
