Responsibilities
On System – Assist the Project Manager/Business Analyst:
- Assist the project team through a successful ER report/upgrade/enhancement/implementation/maintenance.
- Ensure smooth implementation of the project and post-project environment.
- Create and maintain user access for existing ERP system.
- Conduct user training.
- Maintain the database.
- Create reports from existing ERP and save search.
- Assist to review and consistently improve on the workflow.
- Work with Business Unit leaders to understand the workflow/processes for existing ERP Project.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- To endorse on UAT (User Acceptance Test) forms approved by Head of Division/Department/Management related to implementation and enhancements of ERP.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT, with at least 2 years related working experience.
- Experience in managing IT application projects and implementations.
- Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into workable business solutions, will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in one or more of the following applications: NetSuite (Desire), SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite.
