RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will play a crucial role in the execution of marketing campaigns to boost the number of exhibitors, delegates, and visitors. You will manage the creation and dissemination of event marketing materials and develop engaging content across various platforms. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating campaign data to refine and optimize marketing strategies. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the Marketing Lead and other team members to support the overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the number of exhibitors, delegates, and visitors for events.
- Manage the creation of event marketing materials, including website content, CMS management, social media campaigns, email marketing, and media and trade partnerships.
- Develop engaging content for marketing materials, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional collateral.
- Analyze campaign data to provide insights for reviewing and optimizing marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and other team members to support the overall marketing strategy.
- Understand the assigned industry to build and manage databases.
- Handle data segmentation and list management for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Oversee paid marketing campaigns, review their results, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage onsite marketing activities to ensure the smooth running of events, including registration support and material placement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Other adhoc tasks will be assigned from time to time by your reporting officer.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in Marketing with experience in project management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful event marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and familiar with platforms for social media, email marketing, and content management system.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, desirable.
