Job Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising efforts.
- Manage and monitor portfolio performance and risk, making necessary adjustments to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement effective investment strategies and risk management frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements for all strategies.
- Conduct fundamental research by collecting and analyzing information on potential investment opportunities.
- Perform due diligence and lead negotiations for investments.
- Prepare analysis reports and provide investment recommendations.
- Generate and deliver performance reports on investment activities and progress.
- Offer client consultations to identify and develop business and investment opportunities.
- Advise clients on potential investment opportunities.
- Update investors on their investments, market conditions, and economic trends.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Business / Economics / Finance or related discipline.
- Have been registered with the MAS as a CMSL representative for a minimum of 5 years.
- At least 5 years of Portfolio Management experience in managing a PE fund, including at least 3 years of experience investing in the steel or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of investment strategies and risk management.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
