Job responsibilities
- Understand business recruitment needs
- Follow up, expand, optimize and execute recruitment process channel
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and application process including, advertisement posting, volume monitoring,
interview, closure, and shortlisting
- Maintain effective communication with the business department, follow up on the recruitment results and process
feedback
- Collecting of market talent information, including competitor information, and target talent mining
- Generating and sharing leads in order to widen business scope/opportunities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and key areas of focus
Job requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field
- Relevant work experience of at least 2 years in tech recruitment consultants with executive search, IT Talent
acquisition, or Internet recruitment.
- At least familiarise with recruitment in Technologies, Products, Marketing and Operations positions
- Familiar with Singapore laws and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of human resource and possesses pool of contacts
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, driven and resourceful
- Mature, self-motivated and organized
- Proven track record of success in recruitment sales
- Strong self-motivation is preferred
