Responsibilities:
- Drive overall leasing strategies for the portfolio and implement innovative leasing solutions to achieve the desired tenant mix and drive revenue growth
- Plan and implement the tenancy mix for malls, including sourcing and securing suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix at the malls
- Handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendations of retail spaces at the malls to prospects
- Work with malls to constantly strengthen and refresh the trade mix with new and exciting concepts
- Work with the malls to achieve optimum occupancy and desired tenant mix
- Lease out the mall’s promotional spaces, e.g. atrium in accordance with the standards SOPs
- Establish strong network with retailers and tenants
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of retail market and trend
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in retail / hospitality industry
- Sound understanding of the real estate and retail industries preferably in shopping complex
- Strong network of tenants and contacts valuable for tenancy planning and implementation
- CEA licence
