- Full-time position with comprehensive benefits (Annual leave, medical benefits, variable bonuses)
- Monday to Friday 8.30 am-5.30 pm
- Located in the East area; Leading a team of 3-4 pax
- Proficiency in Business reporting is a must-have, Data Crunching with expertise in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables and V lookup), Tableau, Python.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage data warehousing and dashboards across key modules like Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance.
- Lead BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and smooth integration.
- Utilize SSIS for efficient data warehousing and reporting.
- Strategize the BI roadmap and maintain BI infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, manage vendors, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement and maintain information security policies.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the tech team and oversee IT management activities, including Application and Project Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, with strong BI Tools expertise and IT management skills.
- Proficient in MS SQL/SSIS; knowledge of Crystal Reports, QlikView, Excel VBA, and Python is a plus.
- Experience with Navision and essential skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to simplify technical issues for stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
