Job Description:
- Handle medical records
- Administer high volume of incoming phone calls and emails on a daily basis
- Handling enquiries/ feedbacks
- Registration of visitors/ patients at the counter
- Must be able to commit to OT when business needs arises
- Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties as assigned
Working hours:
- 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays) and 9am to 1pm (Saturdays)
Requirement:
- Min. O Levels and above
- Candidates with some customer service experience will be advantageous
- Min. commitment of 3 months onwards
