Contractual Period:
6 Months Contract - (Covertible to Perm)
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm / 3pm - 11pm)
Location:
Bishan / Woodlands
Responsibilities:
• Participate in creating and implementing training programs
• General administrative duties include attending phone calls & email enquiries
• Able to handle customers on registration for courses
• Coordinate training activities & carrying out administrative tasks
• Prepare training materials and maintain training records
• Handle data entry on training system & website portal precisely
• Cheerful & good attitude in work & customer orientated
• Prepare & complete daily training records and archive due diligently
• Be responsible for all correspondence, filing, photocopying, recording, documentation
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years experience in Administrative role (Education Centre) will be a plus point
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interest in community outreach and event planning
- Computer literate in MS Office, excel, words, powerpoint, online portal, zoom, google calendar, etc
- Passion in customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administration & communication skills
- Able to start immediately
