Main Tasks and Duties
- Implement the headquarters' strategic and business development requirements by focusing on the goal of establishing our bank as the "Preferred Bank for Personal Finance" and the "Bank of Choice for Foreign Exchange Services." Effectively organize the execution of key projects, client marketing, and business expansion to achieve work objectives and enhance the branch's retail business competitiveness.
- Manage communications and reporting with the headquarters, and foster collaboration with other institutions within the group and across departments within the branch to increase the value and impact of our retail products and services.
- Innovate and optimize retail products, actively participate in the design, development, launch, and promotion of retail business and products.
- Lead the formulation, updating, and implementation of regulations related to retail business, ensuring effective risk compliance and anti-money laundering management to support the healthy growth of the retail business.
- Oversee departmental staff management and branch personnel management, organizing various business and service training programs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Master degree , preferably in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 10 years (or above) of experience in Banking sector and 5 years (or above) of experience in managerial role
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
