- Working location: Central (Shopping malls) and will need to rotate across the 3 outlets.
- 5 days / 44 hours work week. (Must be able to commit on Fri, Saturday and Sunday)

- Minimally 2 years of retail supervisor experience required.
Three rotating shifts weekly:
- Shift A: 10 am to 6 pm
- Shift B: 2 pm to 10 pm
- Full Shift: 10 am to 10 pm
- Two days off allocated each week.
- Overtime work will be compensated accordingly.
- A commission scheme will also be implemented.
General Responsibilities:
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Oversee all outlets sales & operations and be rostered at all 3 outlets every week to be in the know.
- Monitor competitor activities/innovations and recommend practical actions to counter competition.
- Analyse customer feedback/insights and channel actions required by respective functions for resolution.
- See to adequate care and maintenance of all writing instruments and stocks by facilitating staff on general housekeeping and standard maintenance processes of products and outlets.
- Prepare and implement retail/outlet sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Track team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans imparting important sales techniques and knowledge whenever possible.
- Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areas.
- Execute sales activities, including adequate stock, proper pricing structures, promotional campaigns, planogram implementation, etc.
- Prepare sales/stock movement reports and report monthly sales/margin forecasts.
- Maintain relationships with customers through understanding and meeting their requirements - fostering relationships for bulk/corporate sales orders.
- Coordinate continuous improvement activities on retail/outlet sales processes and customer issue resolution.
- Conduct training on customer service and operations to enhance retail excellence for new staffing and enhancement for existing staff.
- Handle stock ordering process for the retail store to ensure inventory and product mix is optimized (replenishment order for all stores to be done every month)
- Prepare the retail team monthly roster according to scheduling policy for manager’s approval.
- Rotate duties among all retail shops to cover for shifts.
- Handle staff discipline and enquires.
- Ensure application of staff leave and claims.
- Ensure Part-timer monthly schedule/ work hours tally with Agency report for salary payment.
- Ensure all repaired pens are collected by standard procedure and update status to all staff of each repair case at all outlets.
- Oversee all shop supplies and materials are up to date and prepare orders in advance to prevent negative inventory.
- To come up with processes to enhance and improvise all shop operations.
- To make use of digital processes and reducing manual communication with the manager - emailing for official reports and responses & usage of official roster template. (this is for easy referencing and official recording)

- Warrant that Full-timers are well equipped with disseminated information & campaigns and are able to guide the respective part-timers.
