Responsibilities
· Achieve sales targets and assist in tender for projects
· Develop and execute plans and strategies set by General Manager and the company
· Resourceful and possess a high level of commitment and determined to excel.
· Require to identify and prospect potential customers, including contractors, and construction through regular visits and follow ups
· Provide accurate and timely quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
· Open for junior and senior candidates
Requirements
· Minimum diploma in the construction related field
· Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the construction industry
· Project based sales
· Willing to learn and a good attitude
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the building/construction industry is a plus

· 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
· 9am to 6pm
