Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Create and Design Marketing Collaterals (with Canva or Adobe Software):
- Develop visually appealing marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and social media graphics using design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.
2. Update and Maintain the Website:
- Regularly update and maintain the company website with fresh and relevant content.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
3. Develop eDM (with ZOHO Campaigns):
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns using ZOHO Campaigns or similar platforms.
- Develop engaging content, including subject lines, copywriting, and visuals, tailored to the target audience.
- Segment the email list and personalize campaigns based on customer preferences and behaviors.
4. ZOHO CRM Management:
- Maintain and manage customer data within the ZOHO CRM system.
- Import leads, update contact information, and track customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and lead management processes.
5. Create Reports and Budgeting:
- Generate reports to track marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
6. Plan and Organize Events and Roadshows:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute events and roadshows, including defining objectives, designing programs, sourcing facilities, selecting speakers, and proposing budgets.
- Coordinate logistics and oversee on-site operations.
- Prepare post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
7. Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct customer interviews after events to gather feedback and gain insights for future improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Communication / Marketing / Business or equivalent
- Around 2-5 years of progressive experience in marketing is often preferred.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing marketing collaterals using design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of website management and basic SEO principles.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and platforms like ZOHO Campaigns or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as ZOHO CRM, for customer data management.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create engaging content, communicate with stakeholders, and handle customer interactions.
