Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Manager to ensure the work is carried out according to the project plan.
- Supervising and coordinating the work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure the task is completed completely efficiently and effectively.
- To ensure all site workers follow the safety protocol and regulations that maintain a safe working environment.
- To monitor the progress of work ensuring it meets quality standards and adheres to design specifications.
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting and keeping the Project Manager updated on progress of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Civil Engineer/ Construction related skills.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess of valid class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
- Possess of BCSS is a mandatory.
- Good communication skill and leadership is a plus.
