Responsibilities
- To oversee and operate the Residential Concierge Department which provides concierge services to residents of two luxury condominiums in the Nassim/Tanglin area. The position will be onsite and may involve traveling between the two locations.
- Responsible for and oversees the entire operations including Breakfast service, all-day refreshments, pool and gym towel replenishment, and a personalized concierge experience by extending a multitude of services from Artyzen Singapore and other 3rd party vendors.
- To be in constant liaison with the hotel and real estate company on the evolving requirements.
- Ensure that the tenant experience is at the forefront of what we do and that all requests are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. Responsible to coordinate and oversee that all tenant requests are attended to with the highest service levels.
- Liaise with the hotel or relevant 3rd party vendors on all services provided/arranged for tenants.
- Coordinate an effective and efficient resource allocation through establishing a flexible work force throughout the Division, based on the principles of Multi Skilling and Multi-Tasking.
- Prepare and monitor the annual department operating budget with the focus on monthly expenses, wages, variances, preparing schedules, ordering, and inventory management.
- Ensure that the Department Operational Budget is strictly adhered to.
- Monitor service and Operation standards in the areas of the Residential Concierge Department.
- Be available and on duty, shift work when necessitated. Conduct frequent and thorough area inspections.
- Detail a framework for all Artyzen hosts to be able to provide Concierge Services.
Requirement
- Higher diploma or degree holder in Hospitality, Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of three years of previous managerial or assistant managerial experience in a condo/membership/country club setting or in the front office of an established or luxury/upscale or boutique hotel.
- Service-oriented, attentive to details and observant.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Adaptable and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated and independent.
- Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
