Job Scope
- Assist company on leasing enquiries and marketing campaign.
- In-charge of daily outlet operations and work closely with management on all operational matters.
- Attend to tenants' queries and provide necessary assistance to ensure daily operations are well executed and above standards.
- Assigned and oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks and ensuring standards are met.
- Proactive with ideas on how to improve overall operations workflow, improve tenants' experience and customer services.
Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound understanding of the F&B industries
- Resourceful personality and leasing experience will be advantage
- Analytic and good problem solver
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task
