Position: Travel Consultant
Salary Range: Basic SGD 1,800 – 2,000 + Commission + Tour Leading Allowance (Full-time)
Job Description:
- Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), and Malaysians may apply.
- Handle counter sales and tour leading duties.
- Respond to and fulfill all travel needs of clients.
- Assist with other travel-related tasks within the company.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest travel trends and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- A diploma or certification in Travel, Tourism, or Sales is an advantage.
- Passionate about travel with basic travel knowledge.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Must be proficient in bilingual communication (English and Mandarin).
- Strong customer service mindset, willing to provide excellent service.
- Good teamwork skills and a positive work attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays, as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively handling client inquiries and complaints.
Work Schedule:
- 5.5 days per week.
- Retail hours, shift work including weekends and public holidays.
