About the role
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the mobile packet core and data networking infrastructure, which include monitoring of system alarms, troubleshooting and resolving service-related complaints from customers
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as configuration change, software upgrade and hardware replacement
- Liaise with overseas partners to perform roaming test and resolving roaming related issue
- Ensure that the system is configured to address cyber security related vulnerabilities and meeting cyber security hardening requirement
- Review, evaluate and implement platform to optimize network operation which include monitoring of network health status and automate configuration management
Job requirements
- Recognized university degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Experiences in setting up site-to-site VPN connections and troubleshooting VPN related issues.
- Experiences in managing firewall policies and handle day-to-day operations of firewalls.
- Knowledge in Mobile Data Core Network example EPC and 5G
- Able to perform shift or standby duty
- Candidates with the following experience is preferred:
- Deploy and maintain IPSEC VPN network
- Datacom networking knowledge
- Linux and virtualization knowledge
