Job Description:
- Manage key facility systems - building maintenance, clean rooms, fire protection, security, pest control, and janitorial services.
- Partner with vendors, establish KPIs, and audit vendor service contracts to ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Implement and maintain a customer service feedback system to address and resolve concerns promptly.
- Oversee routine and non-routine facility maintenance, ensuring high cleanliness standards in compliance with QA requirements.
- Coordinate pest control services and investigate incidents as needed.
- Schedule and manage operations, maintenance, and administrative staff to ensure effective program implementation.
- Supervise contractor performance based on established KPIs.
- Support audit preparations and ensure facility readiness.
- Handle facilities-related Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
- Provide necessary training and maintain records to meet SOP and GxP requirements.
- Collaborate with EHSS on sustainability efforts and manage facility improvement and cost-saving projects.
- Oversee soft services including couriers, stationery, meeting rooms, pantry, and bus services.
- Participate in site emergency response and EHS training.
- Lead and manage site activities to enhance workplace culture.
Requirement Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management and 2 years of engineering, operations or facilities experience in GMP environment OR
- Associate’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management and/or 6 years of engineering, operations or facilities experience in GMP environment OR
- High school diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management / GED and 8 years of engineering, operations or facilities experience in GMP environment
- Familiar with documentation in a highly regulated environment
- Knowledge in NC/CAPA/Change Control, engineering documentation, drawing or records management
- Experience in managing contractors and vendors
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with high computer literacy
- Strong customer service focus personalities
