Key duties:
- Customer service oriented
- Good telephone etiquette with passion in customer service
- Able to speak fluently over the phone, write down all incoming calls details and do follow up
- Handle customer's call / enquiries
- Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team
- General admin duties
- Data entry
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least minimum O’levels
- Professionally handle incoming calls from customers & provide accurate & consistent information
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Team player with good attitude
- Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Training will be provided
- 5.5 working days per week
