Job Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related business field
2) Proven experience in HR Work
3) Good communication (Oral & written) and Interpersonal skills
4) Critical thinking/Problem-solving capabilities
5) Proficiency in MS Office applications, HRIS (Human Resource Information system) and Data Literacy.
6) Passionate, Proactive and objective driven
7) Leadership Skills
8) Empathy & Emotional Intelligence
9) Negotiation Persuasions skill
10) Teamwork and Collaboration skills
11) Sense of urgency and committed to the work and ability to do overtime when necessary.
