To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as a Senior Executive / Executive, Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and develop exciting marketing programmes (online and offline) to achieve our growth targets.
- Execute branding, corporate identity and corporate communications.
- Execute the brand’s customer and consumer experience, including developing and reviewing the desired customer and consumer experiences in the customer/consumer journey.
- Manage and deploy successful marketing campaigns, owning the implementation from ideation to execution to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
- Measure and report progress and performance of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and review all marketing and branding expenditures to ensure optimal returns on investments.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies (e.g. media, government) and vendors.
- Produce copywriting and oversee production of relevant, engaging content for website and social media platforms to attract and convert our target groups.
- Work with the team on understanding customer feedback and data analysis to improve service levels and enhance the customer experience.
- Explore best practices, encourage idea generation from internal and external stakeholders and promote the adoption of new and better ways of doing things.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing and editing preferred as a Senior Executive
- Proactive in proposing solutions and making value-added decisions
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be flexible, agile and creative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly proficient in verbal and written English
- Able to “Twitter-Write” (i.e. create buzzworthy messages)
