Job Description:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Engineers to create innovative and intuitive user experience for Company's Airlines Cargo applications.
- Constant engagement and review of user flows with stakeholders and product owners to identify and evaluate business requirements for project enhancement.
- Drive end to end UX strategy for cargo business development and customer success team
- Manage and support digital initiatives for Company Cargo · Create wireframes, mock-ups, rapid prototypes and responsive designs across various operating systems and devices.
Requirements:
- Should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess the knowledge of a good user experience approach when designing solutions.
- A Bachelor or Masters Degree
- At least 1-5 years of user experience and human centred design expertise
- Confident and has the ability to communicate and relate with people of diverse background
- Problem Solving skills and Design thinking attitude
- An articulate visual and verbal communicator
- Good knowledge of human centred approach
- Teamwork skills and also an independent manager
- A keen eye for detail
- Acceptance for feedback
- Bonus Skills
· Experience in cargo or logistics related industry
· A portfolio that shows experience in e-commerce and retail
· Work in agile environment
· Proficiency with design software & prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe suite etc.
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a bonus but not a must
