We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to support NPI DMR activities, manage master data and BOM, establish routing times and balance production lines. The individual will be part of the Dynamic Process Engineering team, under Global Advanced Engineering.
What you will do
- Support in all NPI DMR related activities and Document Control
- Maintain Master Data and BOM
- Establish Routing time for NPI using engineering documents and conducting time studies in production floor for both NPI and improvement activities for existing products
- Establish Line balancing on NPI products and continuous efficiency/productivity improvements through Lean tools
- Supports Cost Saving and LEAN activities.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- Relevant experience in manufacturing environment (Medical Devices/Electronics)
- Experience with routing time, man-machine processes or line balancing concept
- Knowledge in using ERP systems, BOM and DMR of a product
- Licensed Industrial Engineer and LEAN Certification is an added advantage.
