Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, suggesting menu items, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Handle cash payments accurately.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.
- Verify physical stock quantities (bread/cakes) against delivery orders.
- Reconcile daily cash settlements with the Outlet Supervisor.
- Adhere to mandatory glove usage when handling food.
- Ensure proper display of bread and cakes at all times.
- Monitor product expiry dates and serve within the specified limits.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene to uphold the company’s image.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with food and beverage industry practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
