1. Roles and Responsibilities:
· Install, troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop issues (both hardware/software)
· Good customer handling skill and prior experience in Concierge (VIP Users) support
· Install Standard SOE Image on Desktops and Laptops.
· Basic troubleshooting of Conference devices/Projectors/Meeting room facilitation.
Document all support activity within the IT Incident and Change Management tracking tool.
· Support and troubleshooting of Operating Systems Windows 10 /11
· Support and troubleshooting of O365 all applications
· SCCM client end installation & troubleshooting knowledge
· Mobile device configuration (Like MDM, Mailbox, Teams)
· Software and Application Troubleshooting
· Basic knowledge of Networking and Active Directory
· Must have right attitude and customer centric approach
2. Skills /Competencies:
a. Essential Skills:
· Windows 10 / 11
· O365
· Laptop & Desktop hardware troubleshooting skill
· Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
b. Preferred skills
· Problem Solving Skill
· Ability to multitask
c. Additional Skills:
· Excellent customer interfacing skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
