Duration: 11 months
Salary: Up to $24.90 Per Hour
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to enhance facilities and services, from brainstorming new ideas and defining project goals to conducting market research and engaging industry experts.
- Manage the entire procurement process, including drafting and awarding tenders, while ensuring adherence to Government Procurement guidelines.
- Collaborate with the operations team to define project scopes, set specifications, plan timelines, and prepare procurement documents.
- Handle service requests for data patching and extraction.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Minimum degree holder in any discipline.
- Prior working experience in procurement will be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess strong analytical, writing, problem-solving skills.
