Join a well-established and forward-looking European Logistics MNC. Due to business expansion, we are actively recruiting for an Accountant to be part of the established business in Singapore.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller and managing a small team, you will be overseeing the accounts receivables and monthly closing process, forecasting and budgeting, statutory audit and tax. Other key responsibilities include involvement in Oracle ERP implementation, identifying automation and process improvements, looking out for potential business risk areas and proposing data governance and process controls. You will also liaise directly with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary to ensure timely completion of audits, tax filings, accounts and other corporate matters.
Your Profile
To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial and tax reporting from a mid-large sized MNC. It is essential to have strong knowledge in IFRS and familiarity with Finance ERP system. We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Finance professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
