Job Description
Teaching & Curriculum
- Conduct offline lessons in accordance with company curriculum, consistently improve quality of teaching and learning outcomes.
- Participate in academic R&D, engage in product moderation, plan and develop teaching materials.
Student Engagement
- Assist in all kinds of events and activities.
- Building good relationship with parents, communicate effectively by providing regular updates on students.
Business Engagement
- Do your best to increase the conversion rate of trial classes and work with the team to achieve the school enrollment target.
- Be responsible for student retention.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience of teaching Chinese.
- With empathy and transposition thinking, could communicate well with parents and children.
- With team spirit and cooperative sense, able to work efficiently with the team to achieve the common goal.
- Competence in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Full-time 5 days a week (required to work on Saturday & Sunday)
（Part-time position available, required to work on weekends.)
