We are looking for a team player to support the sales and EC operations staff to launch and grow the business in Singapore.
As a small start-up company, you will have the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience.
<Specific responsibilities includes: >
- Coordinating and processing outsourcing services in Singapore.
- General office tasks such as filing, data entry and documentation of maintaining and update records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Supporting sales related task to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly as well as respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and product availability in a timely and professional manner.
- Support e-commerce operation related task, such as update daily sales report and edit/translate the product description.
Requirements and Skills:
<Office Junior Staff>
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support or EC Operations is required.
- Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Positive team player with excellent people skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Basic Computer Skills for Microsoft word
- Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
- Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Bonus base on performance
Experience: E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
