- Maintain and update employees’ personal files, and ensure the employee details are accurate on the payroll system.
- Handle all on-boarding and off-boarding matters.
- Assist performance management review process.
- Assist for training coordination & arrangement.
- Reviewing company policies .
- Provide support to HR Engagement activities when requested.
- Support in the preparation of HR presentation/ training materials and the coordination of employee training programs.
- Assist with the collation of HR report
- Provide report & perform other duties as assigned by Superior.
