Channel Sales Coordinator

Job Description

  • Provide assistance to channel partners regarding product information, pricing, promotions, and other inquiries.
  • Act as a point of contact for channel partners, addressing their concerns and facilitating resolutions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to support sales activities.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to stakeholders.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to channel partners.
  • Assist to monitor order status and address any issues or delays to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions for channel partners on product features, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Manage new staff (distributor) onboarding / off boarding into system
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing collateral and ensure its alignment with sales objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster loyalty and drive mutual success.
  • Gather feedback from channel partners to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and agreements.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Assist in executing UAT

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in a channel sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Tableau and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
