Role Overview
The F5 Digital Sales organization is a newly formed global sales organization with an opportunity to be a tremendous revenue growth engine for the company. The F5 solution, now combined with NGINX, Shape Security, Volterra and Threat Stack bridges the gap between NetOps, SecOps and DevOps with multi-cloud application services that span from code to customer. This role is part of an exciting new team that is at the forefront of establishing cutting-edge opportunistic sales motions leveraging AI, digital marketing, big data and analytics to drive impactful demand response and targeted sales coverage.

F5 is searching for an enthusiastic sales leader who will be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring a team of SDR/BDRs to execute fast paced sales motions for F5 customers. You will be responsible for daily execution of the SDR Team and will be accountable for their professional performance, development and growth. You will partner with regional marketing teams and the APCJ Head of Digital Sales to ensure go-to-market plans.
What You’ll Do:
- Work onsite at F5’s APCJ Digital Sales Center in Singapore to help build a culture of collaboration, learning and high performance with an industry leading Sales Development organization
- Manage a team of direct reports providing motivation, inspiration, real-time coaching/ training and mentorship
- Hold regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, one on ones, and team meetings with the SDRs
- Lead team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, execute operating plans and ensure sales objectives are met
- Support the Head of Digital Sales, APCJ in implementing strategic initiatives and promoting a high energy, high activity environment
- Help build efficiencies within the CRM and sales process and leverage prospecting tools such as Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc. to drive automation within the prospecting process
- Collaborate with marketing, field sales, and product teams to facilitate new programs, campaigns and offerings to creatively reach more potential customers
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 4 years of prior experience managing staff on a Digital Sales / SDR team
- Minimum of 8 years of prior Sales/Business Development experience
- Exhibit qualities of overachievement, self-motivation, good teamwork, and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders/customers
- Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems at strategic and functional level
- Solid leadership, coaching & communication skills
- Interested in working hard, having fun and creating a unique workplace
- Experience in using productivity tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, ZoomInfo, Salesforce etc.
- Previous experience with technology companies selling SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, Sandler
- Previous experience in managing teams across multiple countries, time zones in APCJ
