Daily Cleaning Tasks:
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping surfaces in office areas, including working areas, toilets, pantry, common areas (walkways, staircases), and landscape areas.
- Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels).
- Refilling and restocking pantry supplies (biscuits, beverages, etc.).
- Preparing drinks for visitors when necessary.
- Washing kitchen napkins, floor rags, and dusters.
- Taking out the garbage.
Maintenance and Coordination:
- Maintaining cleaning products and updating the Admin department to order new supplies when necessary.
- Taking proper care of cleaning equipment.
Special Cleaning Tasks
- Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning.
