Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop AI solutions with expertise in AI hardware, algorithms, engineering, and applications; develop and deliver integrated software and hardware solutions.
2. Understand the characteristics of at least one industry, such as finance, manufacturing, telecoms, government, or enterprise digitalization; analyze and address product and solution needs during expansion with key customers and partners to ensure timely delivery.
3. Participate in the planning and design of innovation projects in AI and data elements; drive joint innovation with key customers or partners and the commercial launch of these projects.
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, and Control Theory and Control Engineering preferred
2. Extensive experience in product R&D, market analysis, customer needs, and industry development within computing, AI, and data element sectors; familiarity with IPD processes for product or solution development and delivery
3. At least 6 years of experience across ecosystems, including ARM and CPU ecosystems
4. Strong understanding of new technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics, with high resilience to pressure
5. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Experience with China enterprises is preferred
