Key Responsibilities
· Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the building premises
· Attend to all types of repairs and perform minor maintenance task, i.e., replace damage light bulb, replace filters, replace broken windows, repair doors, door locks
· Performs scheduled inspection to ensure the pest control process of the manufacturing facilities environment is effective
· To perform general cleaning and provide facility maintenance support
· Daily inspection of physical facilities and equipment to ensure
· Maintain records and data for tracking and analysis
· To conduct daily cleaning to all the production areas, which include warehouse, office
· Performs administrative tasks as assigned such as submission of incidence reports, updating of facilities, cleaning records, etc.
· To conduct routine facility inspection, maintenance and building touch up
· Assisting in conscientiously helping the Company to ensure minimum wastage (materials and/or change/replacement of parts etc)
· Ensuring compliance with all safety measures as per established best industrial practices and as instructed by your superiors (and/or other) to be strictly adhered to
· Any other job-related ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
· At least 2 years relevant working experience with similar capacity, preferably in food manufacturing production-related field
· Team player with proven performance in problem-solving and a track record of being able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work on normal and shift work
· Good coordination and organisation skill
Qualifications
· NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent
