Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects across all stages. The role includes overseeing project schedules, tracking milestones, preparing submissions to local authorities, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs; Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals.
- Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications.
- Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients.
- Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors.
- Ensures design quality and authority compliance.
- Assist Project Architect in all related matters to deliver the project on time
- Prepare authorities’ submission drawings, forms and documents.
- Perform draughting work in compliance with the company standards and procedures
Requirements
- A recognized Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Construction
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in local industry
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices;
- Knowledge and experience with Singapore Authority submission, BIM and Green Mark will be added preference
- Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programmes such as Autocad, Revit, Photoshop and Sketchup;
- Flair in design, ability to sketch fast and produce good design concepts
