We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Fashion Consultants at our department store counter. While CYC is renowned for its made-to-measure tailoring services, this role focuses exclusively on selling our ready-to-wear collection in standard sizes, which includes a range of stylish t-shirts, polos, printed shirts, and gurkha pants designed to complement the modern gentleman's wardrobe.
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Fashion Consultants. If you have a keen eye for style and enjoy building relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We offer comprehensive training in fabric knowledge, measurement, and other essential skills to ensure your success in representing the CYC brand.
Your Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect outfit.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling and merchandising techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in fashion and a keen sense of style
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Willing to work retail hours (12 pm to 8 pm) and on alternate weekends and public holidays
- 5 days week
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
