Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Secretary to join our team. This role will provide essential support across various company processes, including finance, HR, and project management. The ideal candidate will manage daily office communications, assist in meetings, and ensure smooth execution of office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Support:Assist with various company processes, including finance and HR-related tasks.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Office Communication Management:Handle daily office emails, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
Manage and organize incoming and outgoing communications.
- Meeting Support:Assist in organizing and preparing for meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Coordinate logistics for in-office and virtual meetings.
- Project Management:Provide support in managing and tracking projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Assist in project documentation and follow-up activities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Proficient in using various office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn is an advantage.
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work in both languages.
