Sales Engineer
The role is to market a full range of Professional & Industrial Cleaning equipment, and accessories & tools, to corporate customers, with an emphasis in oil and gas sectors.
The successful applicant has to
- serve existing assigned accounts and prospect potential new customers
- learn & familiarise our products well, understand users’ needs, and so be able to offer solutions and assistance to meet their requirements
- perform hands-on product demonstrations, as well as occasionally conduct presentations to mid-size audiences including management levels
Candidate should
- be customer and sales oriented
- comfortably engage with people of various backgrounds in English, preferably Mandarin too. Being conversant in Chinese dialects, Malay, Tamil, even other ASEAN languages would be welcome
- communicate well in written English
- possess a strong sense of self-discipline, integrity & initiative; work well independently, yet be a good team player
- own basic IT skills in document, presentation & spreadsheet softwares; WhatsApp and other common apps
- have earned a Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent; preferably in a business associated or engineering related field …..
- …and/or be experienced in corporate/industrial sales, especially in the oil and gas setting
- preferably hold a Class 3 driving license and own a car
