Primary Objectives of the Role
The role involves identifying and leveraging sector gaps and opportunities to drive innovation and service excellence to grow AWWA’s Health & Senior Care Services. Partnering with Ministries, Hospitals, Funders and external partners on population health initiatives and various funded projects.
The position also focuses on cultivating a high-performing clinical team through guidance and mentorship, deepening clinical practices in Rehab and Therapy, and managing the financial strategy to ensure operational excellence and financial sustainability across all centers and programs.
- Business Development and Partnership Collaboration: Drive business development and expand partnership collaboration with external partners to push Therapy Hub as the Hub of choice in delivering clinical skills and operational excellence aligned with Holistic Care Practices.
- Strategy Development and Sector Partnership: Identify, analyze, and capitalize on gaps and opportunities within the sector to drive innovation and service excellence. Partner with Ministries and Hospitals to drive population health initiatives and expansion.
- Strategic Program Management: Drive the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of key initiatives such as women’s health, stroke, and cancer rehabilitation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Leadership Development: Cultivate a high-performing clinical team, providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strategic Financial Management: Manage the financial strategy for all centers and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial sustainability.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant healthcare therapy clinical experience in the healthcare sector
- At least 8 years of experience in driving clinical excellence and engagement with external partners
- Able to strategise and drive business development in the Therapy sector.
