As a Staff Nurse in our nursing home, you'll be at the forefront of delivering compassionate care to residents, ensuring their well-being while leading and mentoring your team. You'll actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, assist with clinical tasks, and maintain detailed records to keep up with residents' changing needs. Responsibilities:
- Perform general nursing duties, including clinical procedures and vital signs monitoring.
- Plan, implement, and document care based on assessed needs.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for optimal patient care.
- Coordinate continuity of care throughout hospitalization and transition to home/community
- Act as a liaison between residents, care givers and multi-discipline healthcare
- Educate patients and families on health, disease prevention, and rehabilitation.
- Provide clinical guidance and direction to junior nurses (EN, HCA, CA & Therapy Assistant)
- Maintain proper use of equipment and a safe, clean working environment.
Job Requirements
- Possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
- Possesses valid SNB/MNB and BCLS
