Seeking an experienced professional to oversee the commissioning, maintenance, and decommissioning of medical equipment. This role involves managing teams, enhancing workflows, and ensuring compliance with service goals and KPIs. The successful candidate will also participate in procurement workgroups, RFP/ITQ evaluations, and lead improvements in departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Equipment Lifecycle Management: Oversee commissioning, safety checks, preventive maintenance, and decommissioning of medical equipment. Maintain accurate equipment records and manage incident investigations.
- Service and Contractor Management: Supervise external contractors and internal staff, ensuring service excellence. Provide training and delegate tasks to junior staff, fostering team growth.
- Strategic Involvement: Participate in procurement and contract management, drafting specifications, and preparing project papers. Assist in budgeting and reporting.
- Team Leadership: Lead team operations, manage morale, and ensure adherence to department KPIs.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics or related Engineering with relevant experience.
- Experience in medical equipment maintenance, team leadership, and basic cybersecurity/IT network knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
