The School of Electrical and Electronic engineering is looking for a Research Associate who will conduct research for developing GaN HEMT and relevant logic circuits such as ring oscillators and inverters. The successful candidate will perform fabrication, characterization, and optimization of GaN HEMT and logic circuits. The roles of this position includes:
Key Responsibilities
- D-mode and E-mode GaN HEMT
- Logic circuits
- Journal/conference publication
- Guide researchers and undergraduate students with PI
- Proposal writing with PI
Job Requirements:
- Master degree in Electrical Engineering or any related areas.
- Cleanroom fabrication experiences (GaN HEMT)
- Strong passion for pushing the boundary of human knowledge in science and engineering domain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good communication skills and team player
