Responsibilities:
- Providing secretary support to the Board and supporting the CEO
- Guiding the Board on corporate governance updates
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in governance matters
- Conducting due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments
- Communicating with stakeholders, including regulators and the Board
- Creating basic agreements
- Preparing client proposals
- Managing a small portfolio of different business entities, both local and international
- Overseeing all corporate secretarial duties, including statutory submissions and company renewals
- Coordinating the establishment of company or fund structures
- Engaging with external service providers domestically and abroad
- Performing secretarial tasks as per established protocols to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Handling miscellaneous administrative and clerical duties
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field, CSIS qualification, or law-related background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to embrace and explore various challenges
- Interested in engaging in cross-border and international activities
