Company Overview: We are a cross-border logistics company with a strong presence in Singapore,Malaysia and Thailand. Our services include international courier, warehousing, and e-commerce logistics solutions. We are currently expanding our operations into Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead this initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and expansion of our business operations in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including site selection, recruitment, and the setup of the new office.
- Form and manage a high-performing team in Johor Bahru.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure the successful launch and growth of the new business unit.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Johor Bahru office, ensuring all activities align with company standards and objectives.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and suppliers.
- Drive business development and market expansion efforts in the region.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading similar expansion projects.
- Extensive experience in the logistics or cross-border e-commerce industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage teams.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Malaysia, particularly in Johor Bahru, is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; knowledge of Malay is an advantage.
