Job Scope:
- Understand and apply Workday methodologies to conduct and support working sessions with the clients. These sessions will include gathering, understanding, and analyzing the business requirements to create design documents.
- Build and configure Workday Studio integrations and custom integrations, as well standard and custom web services.
- End-to-end testing and deployment for integrations, including hypercare support at the end of the deployment period.
- Provide support to end-users by investigating reported issues.
- Provide and test the fixes, and deploy the final product into production.
- Involved in change requests and being responsible for requirements gathering, designing, building, testing, and deploying the changes.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Workday Integrations, including but not limited to Workday Studio and custom integrations.
- Experience in HCM, Payroll, or Finance Workday modules will be preferable.
- Familiar with Workday RaaS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
